Day 0:

Arrival Day

On arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport meet our representative & transfer to Mount Meru hotel in Arusha. Later our safari manager will come for detailed safari briefing before living you to enjoy lodge’s facilities & a nice weather of Arusha town.

Day 01:

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at your lodge we take you to Tarangire National park. The driving is along masai stepe & across many village all the way to the park gate.

Tarangire is popular for its larger elephant population & some big cats which include lion & leopard other predators like cheetahs, hyenas & jackals can also be seen. You can also expect to spot herds of buffalo, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, warthog & the three rare animal species of fringed eared Oryx, Great Kudu & The Ash staling. Late afternoon drive to Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge for dinner & overnight. On the way you will have a brief stop at the edge of The Great East African Rift Valley for sunset watch & nice views of Lake Manyara & its forest before driving to the lodge.

Day 02:

Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast you will be heading to the wild rich Serengeti National Park, the driving is via beautiful high lying farmand of Karatu & across ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will stop at Ngorongoro gate for registration before driving up to Crater view point where you will have a brief stop to great views of the crater floor from the rim before diving around the Crater rim & down to the vast Serengeti plains. Reach Naabi Hills gate for registration during lunch time & proceed to the Kopjes (Rocky Outcropping) where you can have your packed lunch before driving to central Serengeti area called Seronera for sunset game drive.

Seronera is the richest wildlife habitat in the park featuring Seronera River one of the valuable water source in Serengeti hence attracts a large number of animals which include herds of elephant, buffalo, giraffe, warthog, & the Great Wildebeest Migration herds which includes wildebeest, zebra, & the gazelles.

Big cats & other predators can always be seen wandering in the endless rolling plains of the mightier Serengeti National park, you may expect to sport lion, cheetahs, hyenas, leopard & the Jackals. Late afternoon drive to Kubukubu Tented Lodge for dinner & overnight.

Day 03:

Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti

On this day if you wish as early as 06:30 am with packed breakfast box & lunch box, we take you for an early morning game drive in the vast Serengeti Plains. Early morning game drive can allow you to spot cat families on the road as they try to avoid morning mist. You may also see other nocturnal predators returning back from their long night of hunting or a group of lioness organizing morning ambush. After break for breakfast in the bush before following the Great Wildebeest Migration (depending on traveling dates). Spend time with the migration herds while anticipating to see some animal actions like fighting, hunting, eating even killing. In the afternoon drive back to the lodge for sunset watch dinner & overnight.

Day 04:

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

On this day you will do morning then back to the lodge for early hot lunch before starting your way toward Ngorongoro Conservation area. Arrive at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge for sunset watch dinner & overnight.

Day 05:

Full Day Ngorongoro Crater Tour

On this day after an early breakfast descent over 600 meters into the Crater floor for wonderful game drive. Ngorongoro crater was formed some 3 million years ago doe to some internal forces under the earth crust. The eruption left a caldera of about 12 miles wide & walls of over 600 meters. Enough drinking water & fodder at the crater floor supports a big number of wildlife which include herds of buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, eland, warthog, African elephant & the rare black rhinos.

Another big draw car in this picturesque caldera is a dense population of predators which include lion, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs & the ever-elusive leopard that sometime needs trained eye to spot. You will also visit Lake Magadi a larger but shallow alkaline like at the Southeast corner of the Crater frequently visited by hippos & many aquatic birds. Late afternoon drive out & to Lake Manyara Serena Lodge at the edge of the Great East African Rift Valley for sunset watch dinner & overnight

Day 06:

Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara Park – Arusha – ARK or JRO

After breakfast at your lodge depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Lake at a dramatically location is a small but beautiful park in Northern Tanzania endowed with lots of underground water streams that flows to the Lake. Tree climbing lion & larger flocks of flamingos are among the highlights of this park.

Varied & overlapping habitats in this park attracts larger number of animals which include African elephant, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, warthog & others, apart from tree climbing lion you can also spot leopard, cheetahs, hyenas & jackals. In the afternoon drive out & back to Arusha airport ARK to catch your flight to Zanzibar Island or to Kilimanjaro airport JRO to catch your flight back home.
